The idea of the Leadership and Legacy panel is modeled after the Forum presented by UCSB's Senior Women's Council that focused on Women & Leadership that was held in February 2009 for faculty women. The panelists are to explore questions like: What are various roads to leadership? Are women in leadership positions at UCSB – why or why not? What about this campus in particular facilitates or hinders women in leadership roles? What legacy do you want to leave? What advice can you share with UCSB staff about leadership and leaving a legacy? | ||||||||
